A few common snags:

  • The online resource doesn’t recognize you’re a Smith user. Double check that you’re on the Smith network or, if you’re off campus, that you’re accessing the online resource via the library website and providing your Smith log-in when prompted.
  • The browser you’re using doesn’t work well with the online resource you’re trying to access. Try another browser. Clearing your cookies may also help.
