There are multiple reasons an interlibrary loan (ILL) request could have been rejected.
- The item may be available in the Five Colleges. If so, you can use the Place Request button in Discover Advanced to request it. See Request Materials for more information.
- The item may not be available through ILL.
- Finally, it could have been rejected because there was not enough information provided in the request to identify the resource needed.
